Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

In the case of products ordered by you and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier of the goods) took possession of the last goods delivered by us. In cases where you have ordered an item consisting of several parts, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you (not the carrier of the goods) has taken possession of the last part of the goods delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Hurom Europe GmbH, Weberstraße 19, 65779 Kelkheim (Taunus), Germany, e-mail: info@hurom-europe.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs. If you withdraw from part of an order only, we refund the price of the returned items; the original delivery costs remain payable, as they were incurred for the items you keep.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (unless you have expressly agreed otherwise); in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to our logistics partner, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Any free gifts, accessories or user manuals provided by Hurom Europe GmbH must also be returned.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The easiest way is to use our prepaid return label – your parcel is then trackable and can be matched to your order directly. If you use our label, the return shipping cost stated in the table below applies and will be set off against the refund amount. Using it is voluntary: you may also return the goods yourself, at your own choice of carrier and at your own cost. Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may exercise it without our prior consent or approval by clearly notifying us of your withdrawal within the statutory period; no reasons need to be given. No additional return shipping cost arises if you return the goods without using our label. If multiple packages are required to return the goods, a separate return shipping label is provided for each package and the corresponding amount is set off. The applicable cost depends on the country from which the goods are returned:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which we supply in sealed packaging for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
