General Terms and Conditions
Sect. 1 Scope of validity, customer information
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Hurom Europe GmbH and consumers or entrepreneurs who purchase goods in this shop. Terms and conditions of the customer that conflict with or deviate from these GTC do not become part of the contract unless we have expressly agreed to them in text form. Participation in the hurome Loyalty, Rewards and Referral Program is governed in addition by the hurome Membership Program Terms and Conditions; in the event of a conflict, those Terms prevail for matters specific to participation in the Program, while these GTC prevail for the purchase, delivery and return of goods. All prices shown are total prices including statutory VAT; for deliveries to other EU Member States, VAT is charged at the rate applicable in the country of destination. Shipping costs are shown separately and before you place your order. The prices applicable are those displayed at the time you place your order. These GTC are made available in the languages in which our online shop is offered. The version in the language in which you complete the order process is the version that applies to your contract.
The goods offered in this shop are intended for your own use. Commercial resale is not permitted, and goods are supplied only in quantities customary for a household.
Sect. 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a binding offer. It is a non-binding invitation to you to place an order (invitatio ad offerendum).
(2) You can put one or more products into the cart. In the course of the order process, you enter your data and desires concerning payment tool, delivery method, etc. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the cart. Immediately before you submit the order we display, in a highlighted manner, the essential characteristics of the goods, the total price including taxes and delivery charges and, where applicable, the term of the contract and any minimum duration of your obligations.
(3) Immediately after your order we will send you an email confirming your order (order confirmation). By that order confirmation we accept your offer, and the contract of sale is thereby concluded. The order confirmation also serves as the confirmation of receipt required by Section 312i(1) sentence 1 no. 3 of the German Civil Code. Together with it we send you the contractual text referred to in Sect. 3, the withdrawal instructions and the withdrawal form.
(4) Where you choose a payment method under which the price is charged before dispatch, the amount is charged on the basis of the contract concluded under paragraph (3). If we are exceptionally unable to fulfil your order, we will refund the amount without undue delay, in full and without deduction.
Sect. 3 Customer information: Storage of the contractual text
(1) We store the text of the contract, including the order details and these GTC, and send it to you together with the order confirmation by email in a form that you can save and print (durable medium).
(2) These GTC and the withdrawal instructions can be viewed and downloaded on our website at any time.
Sect. 4 Customer information: Correction note
You can modify your entries at any time before submitting the order by using the ‘delete’ key. We will keep you informed throughout the checkout process for further correction options. You can also terminate the order process at any time by closing the browser window completely.
Sect. 5 Retention of title
The merchandise remains our property until full payment is made.
Sect. 6 Guarantee (voluntary) and your statutory rights
(0) Your statutory rights
In addition to this guarantee, you have statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods (statutory liability for defects, Sections 434 et seq. German Civil Code). Exercising these rights is free of charge for you. These statutory rights are not restricted or affected by this guarantee. This guarantee is granted voluntarily and in addition to your statutory rights. Where a defect is covered both by your statutory rights and by this guarantee, you may choose which to invoke; during the statutory liability period, invoking your statutory rights is always free of charge and does not require you to meet the conditions of this guarantee.
The guarantee described below is granted by Hurom Europe GmbH, Weberstraße 19, 65779 Kelkheim (Taunus), Germany.
(1) The warranty
We provide warranty coverage only for products that have been imported and distributed by us and purchased through our authorised sales channels. Products purchased from other distributors or outside our sales channels are not covered by our commercial warranty, and we do not provide international warranty service for such products. The covered parts and warranty periods are set out in the list below. This commercial warranty does not affect any statutory rights that consumers may have under applicable law.
Warranty periods vary by model. Consumables such as silicone parts and juice&pulp containers, cleaning brushes are excluded from the warranty.
Where goods purchased on or after 31 July 2026 are repaired under the statutory liability for lack of conformity, the liability period for claims arising from lack of conformity shall be extended by twelve months in accordance with statutory provisions. This extension shall apply only once.
Extended warranty service is provided only for products distributed through Hurom Europe and registered on the Hurom Europe website.
Product model name and serial number are required to request warranty service.
Please submit proof of purchase — for example a receipt, an invoice or your order number.
The warranty for accessories applies only to defects and damage caused by manufacturing or material faults. Wear parts are expressly excluded from the warranty. Inappropriate use of the product will invalidate the warranty.
When the products are gifted or sold to a third party, the warranty is transferred with the product itself. The new owner may continue to benefit from the warranty coverage. To claim warranty benefits, the original purchase receipt indicating the date of purchase must be presented. Where the transfer is not evident from the documents submitted, we may additionally request a written confirmation of transfer from the previous owner. This transfer relates only to the product guarantee. It does not transfer any membership, account or points under the hurome Membership Program.

Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfilment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract and on whose observance you may regularly rely; they include in particular our obligation to deliver the item and to transfer title, free of material and legal defects. In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, our liability is limited to the damage foreseeable and typical for this type of contract. The same applies to breaches of duty by our legal representatives, employees and other vicarious agents (Erfüllungsgehilfen), including the providers of the technical infrastructure we use. The above limitations also apply to the personal liability of our legal representatives, employees and vicarious agents. Liability for the fraudulent concealment of a defect remains unaffected.
