Q. How do I use my points?

A. In the Rewards Widget, select one of the four tiers below to convert your points into a discount code, and enter it at checkout.

• Tier 1: 1–10 pt (€1–€10 discount) → Minimum cart value of €50
• Tier 2: 25 pt (€25 discount) → Minimum cart value of €100
• Tier 3: 50 pt (€50 discount) → Minimum cart value of €165
• Tier 4: 100 pt (€100 discount) → Minimum cart value of €300

Q. Can multiple discount coupons be combined in a single order?

A. All discount codes (welcome coupons, referral coupons, point conversion codes, etc.) are limited to one per order and cannot be combined.

Q. Can I pay the entire order amount using only points?

A. Standard products cannot be paid for entirely with points; an actual payment of at least €1 is required. However, dedicated point-exchange items provided through partnerships can be redeemed 100% with points, and eligibility is noted separately on each product page.

Q. Can point discount codes be used on Refurbished products?

A. Refurbished and clearance special sale items are excluded from point discount code redemption. However, points will be earned normally based on the actual payment amount when purchasing refurbished items.

Q. A shipping fee was charged after applying a point discount code.

A. Free shipping eligibility is determined based on the "final actual payment amount (including tax)" after the point discount has been applied. If the discount reduces the total below the country-specific free shipping threshold (e.g., €69 for Germany), shipping fees may apply. It is recommended to use points while keeping the total comfortably above the threshold.

Q. If I do not use an issued discount code, will the points disappear?

A. No. If you cancel an unused code under [View your rewards] within the widget, points are returned immediately. Points are also automatically restored after 30 days from issuance.
