Product registration and hurome membership sign-up
This process covers not only your product warranty registration but also your sign-up to the hurome membership programme.
For warranty service, a receipt or proof of purchase (Date and Place) is required. Without it, the service may be charged
Notice
The warranty runs from the date of purchase and varies by model. Consumable parts are excluded; separately purchased parts carry a 2-year warranty. Details: General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.
Purchased from September 2024:
– H80ST/H400/H330P/H320N/H70FT/H70ST: 15 years (motor and parts)
– H310A/E50ST/E30ST: 10 years (motor and parts)
– CP50: 2 years · Water purifier WP-A01EGR: 5 years (main unit only)
The extended warranty requires registration on the Hurom Europe website and proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice or order number).
Purchased before September 2024: 10-year warranty on the motor and 2-year warranty on parts for all slow juicer models (except HW series, DT-SJ series and S13), only when purchased from Hurom Europe.
