Additional Manufacturer Guarantee for Durability

This Guarantee is an add to the statutory legal warranty rights for defective goods of the Buyer. The execution of the statutory warranty rights is free of charge and will be not limited to this guarantee.

Guarantee Period and Scope of Coverage Guarantee Period:

Hurom provides a warranty for 15 years (H80ST, H400, H330P, H320N, H70FT, H70ST), 10 years (H310A, E50ST, E30ST) and 5 years (Water Purifier) from the date of purchase. This guarantee applies to all products purchased within the European Union.

Scope of Guarantee

The Guarantee covers defects in materials, design, and workmanship that occur during the guarantee period. During the guarantee period, Hurom will, at our discretion: repair the defective product or its components free of charge, or replace the product with an equivalent, defect-free product.

Note: The provision of guarantee services neither extends nor restarts the original guarantee period.

Exclusions

Damage resulting from the following causes is excluded from the guarantee:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper or abusive handling.
• Failure to follow the operating and care instructions.
• Modifications or repairs performed by not authorized persons.

Steps to Follow for Execution the Guarantee

Any extended commercial warranty is available only for products distributed through Hurom Europe and registered on the Hurom Europe website. Registration is not required to exercise statutory consumer rights.

To claim the guarantee, please follow these steps:

• Contact us: Report the defect in advance in writing via email (info@hurom-europe.com).
• Provide proof: Include a copy of the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) showing the date of purchase.
• Shipping: If the HUROM Consumer Care Team determines that the device requires inspection, send the defective product—cleaned and securely packaged for transport—to the address listed below.
