1. Prepare the chamber

Make sure the chamber is empty and that the existing strainer, spinning brush, and auger have been removed.

2. Insert the ice cream strainer

Place the ice cream strainer into the chamber, aligning it with the two grooves inside.

3. Insert the auger

Insert the auger into the ice cream strainer.

Complete Steps 1–3 in this order before attaching the hopper to the chamber. The hopper and chamber will not fit together correctly unless the ice cream strainer and auger are fully and properly installed.

Precautions
Please read and follow the instructions below to ensure safe and proper use of the product.

• Please use the ice cream filter only for frozen fruit.

• Do not use it for crushing or grinding ice, or other ingredients.

• Cut fruit into 2cm pieces and freeze them before use.

• Hard seeds that can’t be chewed must be removed from the fruit before use.

The filter may become jammed if you add large chunks or a large amount at once. Slowly add ingredients one by one through the additional slot.

• When compressing slightly defrosted fruit, the juice may escape through the ice cream outlet or the filter. This is a natural phenomenon, not a product malfunction.
